At UUC Stamford, we recognize that spiritual growth is an ongoing journey. Our Spiritual Development Programming is designed to support individuals as they explore their beliefs, values, and connections within a nurturing community. One of our cornerstone offerings is the UU Wellspring Spiritual Deepening program.

🌀 UU Wellspring: A Journey into Spiritual Deepening

UU Wellspring is a ten-month program that fosters spiritual growth through a combination of:

• Daily Spiritual Practices: Participants are encouraged to engage in daily practices that resonate with them, fostering mindfulness and spiritual awareness.​

• Monthly Meetings: Small groups meet monthly to share experiences, insights, and support, creating a close-knit community of seekers.​

• Spiritual Direction: The program incorporates elements of spiritual direction, offering guidance as participants navigate their spiritual paths.​

• Study of Unitarian Universalist History and Theology: Participants delve into the rich history and diverse theology of Unitarian Universalism, deepening their understanding of the faith.​

This program is designed for those seeking to deepen their spiritual lives, develop a personal spiritual practice, and engage more fully with their Unitarian Universalist faith.​

• Facilitators: Trained members of the UUC Stamford community who have completed the UU Wellspring program themselves.​
