A CAGV Briefing: Gun Violence in CT

Since the mass shooting at the Sandy Hook elementary school, Connecticut has enacted some of the toughest gun laws in the nation, including recent bans on “ghost guns” and bump stocks. For 30 years, CT Against Gun Violence has become the leading grassroots violence for common sense gun laws. CAGV works to reduce gun violence through public education, grassroots engagement, and legislative advocacy. CAGV leaders are also members of the UU Danbury Congregation. Come hear what more needs to be done to make our community safer in 2024. Come and raise your voice for gun safety
