Sunday night will be the longest night of the year; the Winter Solstice is once more here. And in the cold, deep, long dark; we seek a lone, small, warm, spark. A promise of hope; a beacon of light. Come, my friends, and celebrate the light. We’ll celebrate with stories, dancing, and song. Have something sparkly or a source of light ready for the service. And if you got a packet of light in the mail, be ready to open that, too. (Though you might want to choose where you open it with some care.)
