Guest speaker: Rand Littlestone
We see and hear about meditation from many perspectives – self-help, from doctors, at work, in schools, and as part of spiritual practices – even in the military. Are they all taking about the same thing? What exactly is meditation, and why “do” it? Of the many different ways it can be practiced, we’ll explore one that is simple and easy. So come, be introduced, and meet meditation. You might want to develop a relationship.
