Working with Conflict to Undo Oppression

We’ve all heard of fight or flight, but there are many ways we deal with conflict, especially when it comes to conversations about oppression. Should we avoid, accommodate, compete, compromise, or collaborate when we recognize an instance of oppression towards people from marginalized groups? Listen to the stories of fellow congregants as they tell about how they have dealt with instances of oppression and reflect on your own conflict style. How can UUC better handle conflict in its work to dismantle oppression?
