Our UUC Annual Meeting will be held on June 9th immediately following Sunday services. Even if you are unable to join the worship service, you may still sign in through the same Zoom link and participate in the annual meeting at 11:00 a.m. If you are unable to attend via zoom, you may also request an absentee ballot by phoning or emailing the office by May 29th.
It is imperative that we have a quorum. In addition to fulfilling the quorum requirement, it would also be great to have everyone present to have a voice in the goings on of our UUC Community.
During the annual meeting we will:
- Hear remarks by the Minister and President
- Present the Board of Trustees Service Award
- Recognize departing Members of the Board of Trustees
- Review and vote on the UUC Budget for the 2024-25 calendar year
- Elect Board Officers and Trustees
- Elect Nominating Committee Members
- Present and Vote on the new Vision Statement
