Whether you are caring for an aging parent, struggling to communicate with a child or grandchild, or simply wanting a deeper connection to friends or family members where there is an age gap – you are invited to drop-in to an informal Care Circle to discuss inter-generational challenges, and the many ways we might lose sight of each other across the divide.

Building bridges with others — and even within ourselves as we age and transition through life’s passages — can be accompanied with frustration and even grief for what’s been lost along the way.

This Care Circle will provide a quiet space for deep listening and the sharing of stories, as well as spiritual practices to help us ground, reflect on areas of conflict, and process change.
