Saturday, September 24th, 12:00 – 4:00 PM – Two Traditions Meet for a Half-Day Long Meditation – Soto Zen and Theravada Teachings will be offered at this half-day meditation offered at the Unitarian Church in White Plains: 468 Rosedale Ave, White Plains, NY 10605. Teachings offered by Soto Zen Teacher and Unitarian Minister Reverend Meredith Garmon and Nina Nagy from the Theravadan Tradition, Westchester Insight and Spirit Rock.
