This combined event, designed to raise money and build community will take a lot of hands to pull off!  While many have already come forward to volunteer – we could still use help in the following areas:

1) PLEASE BAKE – so we have ample inventory for the day.  Individually wrapped cookies and brownies work best – packaged to sell.  Bring your donations Sunday morning or drop off baked goods early to mid-afternoon.  Contact TAYLOR SMITH for details.

2)  BAKE TABLE SALES – at least three more people are needed to move the goods!  Please contact Taylor if you can commit time to help sell.

3) THE HOLIDAY MARKETPLACE – one person is needed to help set up Saturday afternoon before the event and at least two or three others are needed to “man” the tables and help move merchandise on Sunday.  Contact HELENE DEVIN if you can help.

Additionally, we are short 5 gallon pots to warm water for cocoa, and could use another five gallon canister for dispensing.  If anyone owns either of these items and can lend them to us for the day, please contact JAY FOUNTAIN or JOHN UMLAUF.
