Our congregation has made a commitment to support Filling in the Blanks, a nonprofit organization, based in Norwalk that provides weekend meals for school-aged children, who live with food insecurity. Please join us and volunteer for our two-hour shift on Saturday, June 3rd from 1:00 to 3:00 pm to help package up 1,000 bags of food that will be delivered to our local schools. This is a meaningful and fun group activity for 15 UUC Stamford volunteers to support a unique program that provides an independent and discreet way to nourish those most vulnerable in our community with dignity.
